If you used any hacks, then you are probably yet or you will get flagged, so you will be in the next banwave.
What to do ?
- Bad idea : take the risk and trust that for example D2NT will not lead to ban and continue botting till banwave happen
- Best idea : mule everything on a fresh legit account using another cdkey and start playing legit.
Be patient and wait few days for further information!

Warden is here 100 % sure. We can expt a nice banwave in 1-4 weeks.
I checked myself, and some guys on irc were reporting the same thing. Few minutes later Sheppard were showing some offsets were Warden was scanning for.

Im flagged for sure cuz I started the bot when he said YES. I also used d2me 2-3 times at 12.04. SO im flagged :d
I got caught using D2ME for less than 30mn on Hardcore, then i still use my sorc, but i start a new one on a new fresh account, well maybe the sorc isn't flagged, who know, just to be sure, i'll mule his gear before the end of week and i don't use any hack, except the Maphack Revealer.

I don't think, maybe few people with some special hacks i don't posted here, but there is no instant ban using Kukbot / D2NT 3.0 - 3.1 / D2ME maphack etc

You can still bot, but you must have separate accounts to keep dropped items in a safe place.
Account A is used to bot with a sorc.
Account B is used to mule, just never load any hack on it.
If your cdkey get banned later during banwave, Account A will be banned, cdkey used banned too, but Account B will work forever.
sweet so thats kinda what ive been doing but is it okay to open acount b on acount a computer say for xfer purposes. so acct a is on comp a and i use acct b,c,d on compb(diff cdkey), but i used comp a for xfering from b to c, b to d, c to d, but didnt load haks while xfering

Very slim chance, most likely bot account and cdkey using hacks will be banned.
Banwave has not started yet, but we aware it will happen anytime from now until 3 weeks from now. Starting making new accounts asap!
Just bot and try to sell all your drop until you get banned.

I wonder tho, the whole ladder list was left untouched, every single char still showed normal experience instead of "Static". I really wonder why blizzard decides to leave all of the ladder ranks untouched and ban for something as small as maphack, it doesn't even influence as much as it does in an RTS game for example, oh well. /rant over

hold on a sec... LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT. If I use d2nt on my account, and stop using it after a while to avoid getting banned, IS IT STILL POSSIBLE TO GET BANNED even though the bot isnt active???

I was running D2NT last night using 2 cd-keys switching every 5 games, and when I woke up and checked it I was temp banned (which is the first time in a while that I've gotten temp banned from botting) and I was going to log in using one of the cd-keys and it said it was currently being used by someone else. Is this the result of a ban or is just the website I bought my cd-key at gave the same one to someone else?
The shop where you bought that cdkey, just email them with the cdkey if you freshly buyed it
What interval have they run the ban waves at in the past?
